Decent job at washing the car. Quite a bit expensive though. Can get as good a job at the $6 Sam's Club car wash. The air around here is too dirty to keep your car clean for more than 48 hours. So unless you get the unlimited car wash pass (which at this time is like $32/month), I don't see the need. Yes I like a clean car but who has 15 minutes every couple days to wash the car?
This place never gets our SUV very clean. Got their most expensive car wash today, including tire shine, and these pictures speak for themselves. Can't wash away simple dust. Can't get bugs off front. Can't get tires clean, much less get them shiny. Three of four vacuums we tried had very low sucking power. Don't waste your money on Mister Car Wash.
Their hours of operation are okay, but sometimes I wish they were open a little later.
I love Mister Car Wash in South Jordan!!! The staff is Amazing and nice!!! The wash does what it's suppose to do and does it between great and amazing!!! I have loved coming to this wash for a long time!!! The 32.99 pass is the way to go cause for that price you get a $16 wash unlimited a month!!! Just come 3 times a month and it's paid itself off!!! We all know snow season is near and hate salt on my cars so great time to sign up for monthly pass or by packages of wash on sale also!!! Love this Mister Car Wash!!!
The biggest complaint I have is sometimes it seems like the soap isn't rinsed off thoroughly enough before you hit the blow dryers. I've also noticed lately that there is a residue left on the vehicle if you don't get out and dry the leftover wet streaks with a towel. But the employees are professional enough and I haven't had any major issues going through the wash - and I've been through it dozens and dozens of times so far.
Currently an unlimited member. You have to wash your car a lot every month to make it worth the membership price. The free vacuums are nice. It can get really busy at times and it seems like 1 of the 2 lanes are usually out of service, but they've also recently opened up two member-only lanes which is nice. My kids love the colors and sounds.
There was damage done to my truck due to some conveyer malfunction. The manager told me to e-mail or call the district manager and they were going to take care of the damage. I've called several times, left a voicemail, and e-mailed the district manager. No response what so ever. This happened on August 24, 2017. I didn't even get my $10 for the wash that left my truck dirtier than when I brought it in. The people running this business are shady. I would never recommend anyone to go here.
