I wish this carwash was a bit closer to my house. Even their $3 wash is just as good as the best wash that I have a membership to.
The quick $3 wash is good, the $10 wash is pretty great. Rinses well. One of my pet peeves is a car wash that doesn't rinse well enough.
I like the service there. The $3 basic Wash is actually pretty decent and their monthly pay service is a good deal as well. The vacuums are always strong and they have a carpet cleaner too. The only complaint is that it doesn't wash the rear very well and the tire shine add on don't do much. But overall I recommend this place.
Expect that your car will be damaged! Have been a loyal patron to this particular car wash. Never had any previous issues. Recently went through on a Saturday and followed the instructions perfectly (i.e. Neutral, no brakes, no gas, etc.). Was forcefully pushed into the car in front of me, due to a malfunction in the track system (that pushes you along). This caused serious damage to both vehicles. They forced both of us to exchange personal insurance information - while refusing to provide information on their business liability insurance. Afterward, we reviewed the camera footage (that they record) with the manager on site. He agreed that the track system "launched" me forward. Now a week later, I've heard nothing back from the owner or general manager (no calls, no email, no letter). Instead I receive a call from my insurance company stating that Fast and Friendly has attempted to claim the damage under MY PERSONAL INSURANCE POLICY. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT AN UNETHICAL BUSINESS LIKE THIS! I've been in the insurance business for 10 years and have never heard of this type of manipulation. A cheap car wash is not worth thousands of dollars in damage to your vehicle.
Just get the $3 wash and use the bug remover for the extra-dirty bits. Works great and has free vacuums!
