I thought Enterprise did a great job. Picked me up from the auto body shop. Gave me the option to text updates to communicate with them. They also dropped me off to pick up my car. I was impressed and will definitely be renting from them again.
I have never had a better experience with a rental car company than I did with Enterprise in South Jordan. I had one of their cars for a month after i was in an accident and they took such good care of me and was understanding to the situation. They helped me with a low rate and the best coverage once my insurance stopped paying for it. they even checked up on me to make sure the car wasn't giving me any problems. Their Customer Service is outstanding. Next time i am in need of a rental car, i will for sure be returning to this location! Thank you Enterprise in South Jordan, you helped me more than you know and it is greatly appreciated.
Not happy that they tried to push a Suburban on on me rather than the car that I ordered. They did not have a car there for me, and I ended up with an SUV that I got after waiting 45 minutes extra for it to be washed and prepped. It also only had a quarter tank of gas, so I had to pretty much fill it up immediately. Not what I expect from Enterprise.
I've rented from this location for several years. I really loved working with Edmund and was pretty bummed when he left last year. The service has been standard since then. However, I had a great experience with Carla last week! When I arrived at the rental location, the car available for us was smaller than the examples noted in my reservation confirmation. I knew our family couldn't comfortably travel to California in that car. Carla eagerly found a larger car for me at a nearby location. I was quickly able to drive to the other location to pick up that car. The Nissan Altima we got was upgraded and provided such a pleasant experience for our family vacation. I really appreciate Carla's willingness to go above and beyond! Thank you!
Absolutely the best customer service! Soni K., was the gentleman that helped me pick a car for my road trip and he was AWESOME! So happy I chose Enterprise SJ for my rental. I will definitely be returning the next time I need a rental car, they took amazing care of me. Also, there was a really nice man that drove me home after I dropped the car off, I can't remember his name, but I really enjoyed his company! Thank you for the peaceful experience Enterprise
