Staff was friendly, facility was clean. The vet himself was wonderful, my dog doesn't like many people but the vet was patient with her and helped her calm down. The price was very reasonable, and everyone made sure all of our concerns were taken care of before we left, even though it was late. I fully recommend them!
Since I was a little girl my family have taken our pets to the same vet. The staff and Dr's changed over the years so I decided to try A Gentle Vet, it's a lot closer to home. I was very impressed with the level of care my cat received. The Dr. seemed very concerned about Jasper and was dedicated to finding us some answers. The staff was great, very friendly. I'm definitely making the switch.
Second time coming here and really pleased with my service today. I like the new vet (Dr. Olson) much better than the old one. He was very thorough and really took his time to understand what the issue with my dog was and how to go about fixing it. The staff is also extremely kind. My only complaint is that the wait was slow considering we had an appointment. Waited probably 25 minutes to be seen by the vet.
The new doctor here is fantastic. He involves you in the care of your pet and explains every step being taken along the way. You can just see while he is interacting with your pet that he genuinely likes and cares about animals. The staff is the same way. We had such a great experience bringing our dog here.
Dr Olson is the best!! I am very particular about who treats my pets as they are family members who are loved dearly. Not only is Dr. Olson able to accurately diagnose and treat them but he sincerely cares about all his patients. Then his staff is reliable and able to quickly answer simple questions. This is a vet I'd recommend to anyone. This clinic is 45 minutes away from my home and worth every minute of the drive to obtain thorough treatment for my fury kids. I even have a 14 yr old lab that now acts as if he was 8 again.
