Unfortunately I didn't get the cute little blond with the bad attitudes name. @ 11400 s and the light of Bngtr Hwy I seen her texting on her phone with both hands. She was still moving, no hands on the steering wheel and not paying attention to the traffic around her. When I told her it was unsafe and against the law to text while driving she promptly told me she was doing her job. I didn't know breaking the law and putting life's in danger was the job of the police. Shame on her.

The South Jordan Police do a great job. My truck was parked on the street, I was looking through it for a pen and officer Will stopped to make sure I wasn't robbing somebody. He checked my ID and wished me a happy holidays. I felt great knowing our neighborhood was being watched by America's finest.

I had officer Cook do a VIN verification for me for a trailer that I purchased out-of-state. She was friendly and efficient. I appreciate the service and friendliness of those that we pay to protect us.

I am a resident of South Jordan. I love the area overall. I live in Daybreak. One thing that is sad though is there are lots of robberies and thefts in our area for some reason. Yet the police decide to sit on a corner and wait for people to 'not come to a complete stop at a stop sign' rather than address real issues in the neighborhood like robberies. Officer Casey Winder pulled me over and gave me a ticket when I came 95% to a complete stop but didn't quite make it. I have not had a ticket in 15 years, lame use of my tax dollars. When there were about 50 homes that had their copper sprinkler backflows stolen the police did nothing yet they have time to sit around nitpicking things that don't matter. Sad and a waste of tax money but oh well. Police departments are jacked up these days it seems like.

The police officer i delt with was very helpful and friendly! Thank you very much for your service to our community.
