There is nothing I hate about this theater, I just feel that while I like it, AMC and Regal have them beat out in terms of comfort and rewards, so unless I'm dining in one of the nearby restaurants I probably won't do much of my movie watching here.
I love this theater. We have had wonderful experiences there. The service is great. A couple of weeks ago I had someone help me at concessions, and I have never had better service with a smile. She was so happy to get me popcorn and a drink. Megaplex at the district is awesome!!!
Fantastic theatre with great service. Lots of food selections to make your movie going experience that much better. Very clean as well.
I do have to compliment the cleanliness and friendliness of this theater. I have never been to a dirty theater, dirty bathroom, or experienced any sticky floors or tables which is always nice. All the employees are helpful and seem happy to be at work. I was recently given movie vouchers from co-worker that were expiring soon and when I brought it up with the staff they gave me new vouchers! Service like that is sometimes hard to find.
With other theaters like Regal or AMC opening near me, I haven't been to Megaplex in a very long time. I just feel too spoiled to sit in the regular seats after numerous movie watching on the luxury recliners, I feel like Megaplex isn't keeping up in terms of comfort. They do offer luxury seating but at an increased cost (and who wants to pay more for a commodity that's included at another theater)?
Some of the auditorium's are really nice, some are just ok, as far as comfort goes. They have pretty good food options in the theater. You can eat dinner while watching the movie! There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. It makes dinner and a movie really easy. Over all I like this theater a lot. I just wish all the seats werea little more comfortable.
This is a nice theater to watch a movie. It's clean and not too busy on Sunday. My only complaint is that the people selling tickets are a little too chatty. It took us 20 minutes to get tickets and there was only one couple ahead of us. Overall, it was a good experience, and we will be back here.
