Fantastic experience!!! We went here with my family for the first time. We weren't sure what to expect after reading the reviews, however, we gave it a chance and were plesantly pleased! Our waiter Landon was very knowledgeable and informative about the menu items as well as pricing. He let us know how to get the most of our experience for the best cost... How many places actually do that?... Three of us got the sampler with bottomless root beer (made fresh), all you can eat salad bar, all you can eat pizza samplers (amazing!!), and topped off with an endless supply of five of their delicious deserts (if you actually have room after everything else). They came around regularly making sure all their guests were taken care of. My boys both got sandwiches that came with a salad bar. It was a great experience. A big thank you to the staff!
The food at this location is low quality and the service is terrible. Each time we visit this location we regret our decision and wish we went to the Provo location. There have been multiple times when I had to get an employees attention either at the pasta bar or to address an issue with the food.
Good Pizza. A bit pricey. My usual dinning rule definitely applies here...'Do not eat here during the last hour of business.'
Gone WAY Downhill and falling fast. Re-did their menu and got rid of dinner combos and side items. They now want you to spend $15 on a buffet round table option where you can’t choose what type of pizza you want. In my last experience there we weren’t given kids menus, there was a price of plastic in our food and they processed our check wrong. When we talked to them about it they were argumentative. We won’t be back. Not Brick oven feel at all!
We went with a very large group (about 20 people). They waiters/waitresses were super nice, they just kept forgetting our requests. We asked for some straws and water about 4 times, and finally got them towards the end of the meal. It could have been because they were overwhelmed with our large group though. Otherwise, and great meal and his experience!
