The urgent care is amazing! We've been twice and had great experiences both times. I've only had IHC before and was a little nervous when our insurance switched. I like this clinic so much better than any InstaCare. At the U of U wait times are shorter and staff is more knowledgeable and kind. I don't feel like a number here. I only have good things to say about this clinic!
Went here to seek a new general practice provider. Felt rushed with the doctor and she disappeared without addressing all of my concerns. They also lied to me about her being covered by my insurance. I also had tried calling the next day (per their advice) to ask about when to return the sleep study kit. There is something wrong with the front desk lady who answers the phone, not only does she talk very, very slow as if she's having mental difficulty, but she also insisted on asking my full name (including last name spelling) after I asked to speak to the sleep science department. Then she transferred me to god-knows-where instead of the sleep study department that I had originally asked for! Maybe if she actually paid attention to the department I asked for instead of being so focused on the spelling of my name, I'd have gotten to the correct department in the first place! Expect low-IQ staff to answer the phone. FYI they also just sent me a bill for a test I NEVER DID!!! FRAUD!!!
Very nice, modern, clean facility. The staff and doctor were attentive, listened, and provided excellent care. They were also extremely nice and very professional. This was the best doctor's appointment I've ever had.
Beautiful facility. I have always been treated very well by the staff and physicians here. Love that they offer free child care when I need to see a doctor. They also offer less conventional services like acupuncture and therapeutic massage, at great rates.
The staff (which are the 5 stars) at U of U are wonderful! The BILLING DEPARTMENT is HORRIBLE (they deserve NO STARS)!! They were paid and never put the funds towards my account as it was just sitting there somewhere in space. Anyhow in the mean time and after several calls later I was still getting collection calls and letters from multiple places within the U... For this reason and a major headache, I would not recommend them. If you are okay dealing with their billing department then by all means the staff is great and they will treat you right!
