The staff were very friendly and eager to help when asked. The cashier made friendly conversation and seemed to brighten everyone's day that she talked to. They have a very wide selection of food and pretty reasonable prices. A very nice and convent neighborhood grocery store.
One of our favorite SMITH'S. They are well stocked, friendly, and it is AWESOME on Sundays to see everyone in Jerseys showing up before the games! Lots of DALLAS COWBOYS fans, so we are liking that a lot!
This Smith's has to have THE most patient employees on Earth. Very kind and courteous to help when the mega sale is on and you have to have a certain number of qualifying items to get the deal. They will actually count them to make sure you are getting the best price! Also, very clean and well stocked.
I dropped off one prescription and the pharmacy tech, Hailey, asked me 5 times what my name was (it is on the RX) and my DOB (written on the RX). When I picked it up 4 hours later, she had a real problem with my name asking me again and again. I told her to give me my RX back and I will go some where else. She smirked! and said I should talk to the pharmacist. The pharmacist, was some how able to retrieve the RX and only asked my name ONE TIME. I am at a loss why she had such an attitude. I fill very few RX and usually go to HArmons.
Much of it had been recently renovated. The carts are pretty old and dirty, that drives me nuts. I've bought excited food there more often than at other stores. Employees are friendly.
