I had a broken Zagg for an older phone. They ordered it in, and two days later I went down and they installed it. Staff was great and honest with the questions I had on their other products, but didn't attempt to upsell me either. I appreciate that.
After getting nowhere with the St George location while on vacation, I went to the District location to get warranty replacement. The lady that helped me was absolutely the best. She handled my issue and apologized for my bad experience at the other location. Perfect service! I will return.
They are always out of product. I love the glass shields but they crack or chip on occasion. Between my family members we have 5 phones. Every time one of us goes to this location to get a new one they are out. It is very frustrating! I understand that it is a small kiosk and that you don't have a lot of room for stock but you should find a solution. 90% of the time they don't have it and have to call me when it comes in!!
