My son's first visit they were so kind to him! And so patient his teeth look great they said no cavities! They made him feel so special! We will definitely be back in 6 months!
Awesome children's dentist! The staff are all so kind, patient, personable, and amazing with kids. My one young daughter was experiencing some high anxiety this past visit, and the staff were so calm, patient, and caring, and they were quickly able to gain her trust and calm her down. My kids always say how much they love going to the dentist, I think that by itself says everything about this place. I highly recommend this dentist office, they are the best!
Copper Cover Pediatric Dentistry was the perfect fit for my son. My son hated going to the dentist until we came here. The best part of Copper Cove is that they took our insurance. I would highly recommend Copper Cove to anyone who asked me for a dentist for their children.
The office was pure chaos!!! The front desk was very unorganized. I handed the front desk attendant my paperwork which included my social, date of birth, address, etc. and she left it out on the check-in counter for all to see. I finally grabbed my paperwork back off the counter (unbeknownst to the office attendant I "handed" it to who was chasing & scolding her 3 kids she brought to work with her) & provided it to the dental assistant when she took us back. The dental assistant was the best part of the experience & a real saint. She was the only reason we didn't run for the hills sooner. She was very friendly & attentive to my 5 year old. And she kept him well entertained since the dentist was running nearly an hour behind (our appointment was at 8a right when the doors opened). The dentist didn't acknowledge our wait time but otherwise was ok. Definitely not the best first impression!!!!
I've been to a couple different pediatric dentists and Copper Cove is by far the best one! I'm so glad I found them. They are always friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and most importantly they're great with my kids! They take great care of us everytime we come in and we will continue to come here as long as we can! Thanks Copper Cove staff.
