It is great on the grounds. I am going inside, in an hour. Thus will be the first time I have been back inside the Lords house, since 2007. I am nervous, but happy. I am sure the Lord will be with me. Beautiful grounds and beautiful temple building. South Jordan must have a lot of faithful members as there are two temples here. God bless.
I went to the open house, and participated in the youth celebration of this Temple before it was dedicated. Since then I've visited it many times and now I'm volunteering in the laundry here. I love it, and I know it is the House of the Lord and the peace and blessings that I receive after I go are from Him.
Peaceful atmosphere. Beautiful landscape. Very quiet! Tranquil!
Conveniently located if you live on the west side of the valley. Only open to active members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, but if you are a temple-going Mormon, it is quite a bit smaller than other Salt Lake Valley temples, which is nice. There are some beautiful murals.
A great little temple for LDS folk out on the south west part of the Salt Lake valley. No clothing rental or cafeteria for anyone going.
