Great brow waxing
I used to LOVE hair and body works. I noticed after coming in the last time, something has changed. The prices are way too high and ever since the salon for new owners it went downhill. Find a classier salon and one who actually has decent prices
I recently called Hair & Body Works Salon. The woman on the phone was very nice. I asked if they still did feather extensions. The woman told me that they did plenty, and that they were the fabulous price of five dollars. That evening, my daughters and I stopped by to get feather extensions. (My girls were very excited to each get a feather extension.) But, when we arrived the doors were sadly locked! They poorly advertised the stores open hours. I wish the woman on the phone would have told me that the store was closed. A few days later my daughters stopped by the store again. When they got home, they told me that the store did not have any feather extensions! This was very shocking to me, since I specifically asked if they had feather extensions. My girls and I are very frustrated.
She Fried My hair I will never Go back again
I have a big meeting tomorrow, and could not make it to my usual lady before closing, so I looked up the closest and went here for my eyebrow and lip wax. I usually pay $11 for both and have for years, I expected slightly more but not too much. The lady was friendly, however, when I went to pay and was charged $30, I was a little upset. Once I got home and realized she had missed my ENTIRE lip line (and I don't mean a little! I have super dark hair), I had no choice but to go to the grocery store and buy a $10 wax kit. All in all, $40 for an eyebrow and lip wax is ridiculous! Never again!
