They know me by name. Service is usually efficient and kind. Competent bankers and accommodating to my business' needs.
Atm works 10% of the time. Two outside lanes and the inside all run by 1 attendant. If it looks dead, I will wait 10 minutes. If it looks busy, just leave. I am changing banks.
Always friendly and kind staff, during busy hours there can be a considerable wait in my experience. Avoid rush hour and you'll have great quick service. I've been with Chase since they acquired WAMU, this is one of the best branches in my opinion.
Both experiences with attempts to deposit checks intro the atm machine after 6:00pm, spit everything back outo several times. .. never got it to take the checks,but a different Chase atm accepted them.
